Through the portals of Breathwork and Creativity, you will access the pool of your deep aspirations, dreams and gifts calling out to be manifested today.

 

As your breath becomes fuller, freer and flowing, you will activate and elevate your frequency, your inner visions and new perceptions. You will allow intuitions to surface, new intentions to emerge. You will offer new space for the Spirit to whisper exactly what needs to come into your life, as you embody the beauty of your divine essence and sense of transcendence.

 

Through creative materials and writing, you will make your new intentions and sensations visible and tangible.

 

You will replenish your spirit, heart and body with new vitality, new clarity, new consciousness about your directions
